no that is a myth but most people believe it and hte reason it is, is because your heart pumps blood through your entire body and if it stops you would get light headed realy fast! or black out and than what happens if you sneeze twice or three times? there you go it is a myth dont believe ask you doc and any other scientist who studies the human body.

well i would think so as your body tends to seize (including your heart) for a brief moment. but i think its more like skipping a beat than stopping.
