My period has started five days early. I usually have a 35 day cycle. Me and my boyfriend have sex regularly and never use contraception, as i get away with not falling pregnant. I'm 24 and my boyfriend is 25. I've been feeling very tired this month, itchy boobs, nasty taste on my tongue every morning, had bad stomach cramps when my period arrived yesterday. My period is quite light at the moment, but i had some blood clots. Its not as heavy as i usually am. Should i get checked out?

I hope you are trying because if your not your extremely dumb, getting away with not falling pregnant doesn't happen forever one day nature will catch up.
Is your period any different from usual?
I'd take a test anyway, its possible it could be breakthrough bleeding at this early stage.
PS if you dont want a baby educate yourself and get some bloody contraceptive.

I have had my third child eight months ago,and yes you can have periods and still be pregnant I had three months of periods and three months of crying cause I so desperately wanted another baby but then on the fourth month when I went to doctor after missing period i found out I was three months pregnant, this had never happened to me before. If you have bad cramps and you don't normally then this can be a sign I would see a doctor if you are worried. For the better or worse.

No it is not possible to be pregnant and have a period. Once your egg is fertilized you no longer shed the lining of your uterus.

It *is* possible to bleed while pregnant and assume it is a period. If you suspect you are pregnant, take a home pregnancy test or go into the ob/gyn and ask for a blood test.

Yes it possible to be pregnant and still have a period. Do a check if you are not sure, the fastest way to do a test is to do a human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) blood test. it can be done after 14 days of fertilization. you have to do it through a doctor.
if u are using a home pregnancy test, it is very important to see your doctor as early as possible to not only confirm the home test but to ensure, using blood pregnancy tests

My friend got her period for 3 months before she realized she was pregnant. I would recommend taking a pregnancy test right away to be sure. Good Luck!

hunny... obviously u wanna take a preg test, but word on the street is that yes you can still have ur pd in the first few months of pregnancy. ive read articles and heard stories about this in years past and to be quite honest, it sounds just like what you are describing... especially that ur pd is light... id cover my bets if i were u and hit the store to pick up a test.

best to you :)

Based on this and all your other questions, it sounds like you're trying to get pregnant. Plus youve asked this question several times and people soundly told you YES.

Please be careful about having unprotected sex with these guys. Its very likely if you get pregnant by a man you're not married to, he will leave you. Why put your future child through all that unnecessary drama?

Yes, it is possible. Your period may either be normal or slightly different to usual, even when you're pregnant.

That's how you hear stories of women giving birth and not even knowing they were pregnant.
