You could lose 20 lbs in a month, or you could only lose 2 lbs in a month. You could also gain weight in that month. Just going to the gym is not enough. What you are doing there is very important. You need to work hard to get the results you want. Also, what are you eating during the day? If you are going to McD's everyday and stuffing your face with Big Macs, you won't lose anything. You'll probably gain weight, no matter what you are doing at the gym.

It depends on what kind of exercise you do inside the gym? you should attend their class. kick boxing is the best. you'll lose more than 300 calories and that's good. watch what you eat. only healthy food.. you'll probably lose 15 or more inches. inches is the best thing to lose. because that's all fat. you may still weigh 120 lb but you may not look like your 120 lbs. because you are building muscles.

It really depends on what you are doing at the gym, and what you are eating in the meantime. 1-2 pounds per week is about right, if you want to keep the weight off.

It will all depend on your diet and the intensity of you workouts. You need to be burning more calories than you are taking in. For maxium results switch days out between cardio and weight training. You actually burn more calories throughout the day if you are strength (weight training)
