They all correspond to the same idea, that of God. While they both come from different cultures, they both correspond to the same idea, well not compeltely correspond, but still.

No not at all. Allah is the name that Muslim people use for god while on the other hand Yahweh which in Hebrew is YHWH can be translated into English as Jehovah which is God's actual name.

Yes. In all Abrahamic religions, God, Yahweh and Allah, are the same being. Just under a different name.

Yahweh or the Latin Jehovah is the God of the Bible. Allah is that of the Koran.
Many say that there are many true Gods but the Bible makes clear that the worship of one God is a must. So people need to make up their mind who the True God is , and worship him alone.
Deuteronomy 6:4 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
4 "Listen, Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is One. (A) [a]
Footnotes:
Deuteronomy 6:4 Or Yahweh is our God; Yahweh is One, or The LORD is our God, the LORD alone, or The LORD our God is one LORD
** Rbi8 Deuteronomy 6:4-5 ***
4 "Listen, O Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah. 5 And you must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and all your soul and all your vital force."*** Footnote ***
Footnote
Rbi8 Deuteronomy 6:4
Or, "Jehovah is our God, Jehovah is one [or, there is one Jehovah]." Lit., "Jehovah our God [is] Jehovah one." Heb., Yehwah´ ´Elo·heh´nu Yehwah´ ´e·chadh´.
Jesus quoted this text as:
*** Marginals ***
Mark 12:29) "Jesus answered: "The first is, 'Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah,"
Please note that Jesus worshipped God , Yahwen(Jehovah,) never himself--today many insist that Jesus is God.
Please note the principle of "oneness" as to God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, true faith, true baptism:
*** Rbi8 Ephesians 4:4-6 ***
4 One body there is, and one spirit, even as YOU were called in the one hope to which YOU were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all [persons], who is over all and through all and in all."
*** Marginals ***
Marginals
Rbi8 Ephesians 4:5
1 Corinthians 8:6) "there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him."
Please keep in mind that Yahweh or Jehovah made it very clear that limping on two different opinions of God was highly displeasing to the Almighty as Israel learned the hard way. As this incident with Jezebel, the Baal and his worshippers found out.
*** Rbi8 1 Kings 18:21-22 ***
21 Then E·li´jah approached all the people and said: "How long will YOU be limping upon two different opinions? If Jehovah is the [true] God, go following him; but if Ba´al is, go following him." And the people did not say a word in answer to him. 22 And E·li´jah went on to say to the people: "I myself have been left as a prophet of Jehovah.
The Koran itself makes reference to one name for God please note:
The Koran tells of someone "who was deeply versed in the Scriptures." A commentary book, Tasir Jalalayn says in explaining this verse: "Asaf the son of Barkhiya was a righteous man. He knew God's greatest name ,and whenever he called on it he was answered"
In his famous commentary on the Koran, Baydawi comments on Koran 2:87, saying that Jesus used to "revive dead persons by God's greatest name."
Allah is a title similar to God, Lord, --where as Yahweh or Jehovah is a Unique name.

Maybe on a spiritual level, but practically no, in view of the very different approaches the different religions take.

Not by standard organised religions' points of view. However: many spiritualists believe that all names of all "gods" are truly paths to one enlightened source.
