Maybe some Christmas candles on a pretty plate, and some matching towels. I wouldn't go overboard with lights or garland or anything like that. Keep it simple and pretty.

Maybe you can find some Christmasy lightcatchers or plastic films you can use on your mirror. And one lady I used to clean for had a beautiful small figurine of Santa Claus kneeling at a manger. A number of people like to use festive covers for their toilet lids and the tops of their tanks, perhaps with a matching bath mat and towels.

Make a cottonball snowman.
A jar with miniature bulbs.
Bowl of potporri like cinnamon sticks.
Snip pieces of evergreen with pine and tie with a bow.
