Water or chicken broth, perhaps some potatoes, even a few noodles [bow tie or elbow] to thicken it up a bit...some seasoning...pepper, salt, onions are a must...if everything is already cooked just add it all to a large pot and bring to a boil , then immediately turn it down for about 30-40 minutes to let all the flavors come together....reheating it is even better. Now I'm getting hungry!!

Turkey Tortilla Soup

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
12 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/4 cups green enchilada sauce
1 1/4 cups red enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup half-and-half
1 tomato, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
Combine chicken stock and tortilla strips in a large pot. Cook over medium heat until strips soften and broth thickens slightly. Stir in green and red enchilada sauces and cumin. Stir in turkey and half-and-half; heat through but do not boil.
Divide soup among four bowls and garnish with diced tomato, jalapeno, avocado and cheese.

you can put onions in the soup which brings out the flavor, maybe some potatoes. Cook until the carrots or potatoes are soft.

what you have sounds good...

you can add potatos, onion, or cabbage too.
if there's not enough broth, you can add some chicken broth to it also, or even some noodles depends on what you like..

Cook it till the veggies are soft. at a med temp. (45 min- 1hour). the longer it cooks the more flavor it will have to.

Add a few cans of chicken broth...make sure it covers all and then let it simmer until everything is nice and warm. Fast and simple if that is what you're looking for. Add seasonings to your taste
