Why would he complain about a pain in his throat if he thinks he has a stomach ulcer? And, you are going to what school. If your both drinking 151 proof alcohol and are alive I'm wondering how many brain cells you killed that night.

What are you both going to be when you both grow up?

No: to answer your question, you don't have a stomach ulcer yet but, you soon will have if you liver long enough. Maybe that was the plan? to see who would live long enough to attain a stomach ulcer? huh! "what fools are they, that walk through the portholes of these hallowed hallowed halls"

nope. this is generally what alcoholics get after they begin to drink constantly. It could develop into an ulcer if he continues to drink alcohol. he needs to stop for a bit, and for a bit I dont mean 2 days. so either deal with it or stop drinking for a while and then if he continues, drink in moderation and always after eating some food.
