call the casinos directly and tell them you want to be taken off their mailing list. you admitted to the internet world you have a gambling problem. kudos to you. that is the very first step in recovering from a gambling addiction. i have not placed a bet or wager in 2 1/2 years and have no regrets. i have more money in my pocket than i ever did in my gambling haydays. gambling DESTROYS !!!

If you have a gambling problem there is a very good chance that even playing play money games will encourage you to play real money games. Most free sites advertise real money games. If you win a lot of play money it is only a matter of time before you are going to be tempted to play for real money again. Steer clear of the whole scene.

Yes you are, don't do it if you are a gambling addict you should seek help rather than entertaining your vice.

If you know you have a problem... why you want to be dealing with it?

Keep out of it!

Treat 'em like spam & toss 'em in the old circular outgoing mail file. :)
