No need for detail why make them change if they way they acted was what attracted you to him?

Because women are typical.

They know they will marry the good guy, the sweet guy, who will have a good IT job, always provide for them and never cheat or leave em. Knowing that's their fate they fight against it.

They hook up no matter how briefly with a loser or a creep who rides motorcycles or leather or whatever they perceive as a bad boy.

Plus women tend to be quite delusional when it comes to their men. They will never accept what their friends and family are saying and why she needs to leave that creep. Women are great at lying to themselves about seeing something in him that all of us have missed, that he really is changing or even just glossing over the bad parts and cherishing the good times (as scant as they are).

It takes more courage for a woman to fight and want and be patient for a guy who will treat her like the queen she truly is then to be typical and idiotic and waste time with any guy who will treat her badly just because she's lonely or feeling insecure or desperately wants to be in a relationship.

Ours is a world in desperate need of strong beautiful women.

The answer to this question is simple really. Women never know what they want. They change their minds much like the weather changes except more frequently. You know that movie with Mel Gibson "What Women Want" that is a load of rubbish, women don't know what they want until they get it, then when they get it, they change their minds again. You may be thinking that i am sexist, perhaps i am, but if a woman loves a wild guy then expects him to settle down later there must be a problem here. They think they can tame the wild beast or whatever with their alluring siren song, get real. It is a personal issue for them an issue of ego they think they can change someone and make it a point to try and do so. I don't think this really answered your question but if you are going to date someone don't be surprised when they pull a 180 on you because it will happen frequently.

I think more than anything, well, we like the IDEA of a bad, wild and crazy fun guy. Someone who makes you feel young and wreckless. But what we really want is a strong, solid dependable guy. And it's her fault for not knowing the difference. People should learn that you are who you are, and you're not likely to change.

Because they grow up and realize that the wild bad and fun guy isn't what they really wanted or needed. Those are fun when your young but not fun if you want a family and a good home life.

I wouldn't make them change! There is no reason..You love someone for who they are. Hell, I am looking for a guy who will take the time to teach me to ride a motorcycle so we can go riding...I don't want them to change...I want them to change me..for the better!

Because it's fun and exciting... but then they realize it won't be fun and exciting forever.

The "I can change you" fantasy that never works.

Personally, I like guys that are already "tame".
