how can i tell if this guy likes me? he is 3 yrs older than me, but we are really good friends. i sorta have feelings, for him, but i dont know if he feels the same way!! is there ANY way i can tell?

I've been in your shoes! When you meet someone in a professional work enviroment, it's even harder to tell if the other person "likes" you the same way your "liking" them. But if your in school or in a more casual situation it can be much easier to find out and read people on a personal level.
I do know that women (girls) can give a look and smile that even a dead man would notice. If you get a reaction from this "I want you look" then you can surely bet you have at least got his attention.

Is he staring at you out of corner of his eyes. Does he have a tough time looking into your eyes. Does he act different around you than around others?

I know this sounds stupid, but if a guy likes you he'll be obvious about letting you know. You'll just know. Give it some time. But if not, you should just ask him.

study his body language when he is around you. Second, ask him.

well see how he acts around you then see how he acts around other girls if he acts differently around you then they maybe a chance that he likes you...
