there's not much difference... loving someone starts when you begin to like them... but of course, love is much deeper than like... you may just like someone but not really love them...

i guess you like someone if your interests jive, if you admire his personality, if you find him really nice... it could end there or it could develop into something we call "love"...

you love someone when you always want to be with them, when you're comfortable being with them, when you can be yourself when you're with them, when you're ready to sacrifice for them, when you think of their welfare first before yours, when you can accept him for whoever he is... when you're ready to do things for him even those things that you don't usually do :) ... it's actually difficult to really know when you already love someone but i believe you will feel it... it's such a wonderful feeling... something you can't really define... :)

Time is the difference. Everyone starts out with this "like, puppy-love, lust" kind of thing. To Love someone is to truly know the person and love who they are as a person. Liking them is more superficial and something felt in the first few months of meeting someone new.

It's all about how committed you are to spending time with them.

If you really like someone you enjoy their company and doing things together, but if you love someone you need their company and to be with them no matter what.

they did some research on why we find parts of the human body more attractive and what i heard was that its because its programmed in our brains from our ancestors. back in the day when we were cave men and women. giving birth was hard for women with no curves or a big booty to survive or even be able to have a baby. so since the purpose of life, at least for cave ppl, was to live and reproduce the males would look for mates that had wider hips and bigger butts. lol i was freaking out when i read all of these articles on it and it all makes since. (plus big booties are nice when u hit it from the back. lol and there nice to grind on and grab)

The difference is simple: loving someone is then you want to be with that person, almost all time. With a friend love can be close the other love but different about things wich you are doing it.

You you like someone when u are always thinking about them and everytime someone says there name you smile and stuff. When you are talking about something totally different with a friend you bring that person that you like up. When you are talking to that person in person or on the phone you smile alot and laugh at almost everything he say.

To me love is when I just know and things stop being about me and I want nothing more but to make them happy and make sure they are taking care of.

you really don't until a moment comes when it just hits you. I've had several relationships where i thought i loved them....but things they did annoyed me, or i annyoed them....if you love them and they love you the two of you will be able to accept every aspect of each other, faults and all.
