Jesus was very disfigured as was predicted in the old test, Isaiah 52:14: "..... Just as there were many who were appalled at him -- his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man and his form marred beyond human likeness--" He had a crown of thorns shoved on top of his head so he had blood I'm sure there. His side was pierced with a spear so blood there.
He had been flogged which was predicted in the old test, Isaiah 50:6: "I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard; I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting.".
Flogging is basically they tied his hands and tied him against a pole. And his buttocks were shown to the audience. He is completely and totally naked. They have the whip of the 'cat of nine tails'. It has bones and steel balls in it. The bones are put in so that, when he is whipped the bones will stay in his body. And they will rip it back and rip his skin apart. He's been awake for over 24 hours. And now he's standing there, as the steel balls hit him and start hammering away at him.
Before the crucifixion he was forced to walk 2.5 miles over a sleepless night, during which He suffered great anguish, flogging was mocked, ridiculed and severely beaten.
ON the Cross Psalm 22:16-17: Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me, they have pierced my hands and my feet. I can count all my bones; people stare and gloat over me."
1.Shallowness of breathing causes small areas of lung collapse. This was the position he was in on the cross, hard to breathe.
2.Decreased oxygen and increased carbon dioxide causes acidic conditions in the tissues.
3.Fluid builds up in the lungs. Makes situation in step 2 worse.
Heart is stressed and eventually fails.
This is how men died, suffocation, during Crucifixion. Which was also foretold in old test. before it was invented.
And the mental anguish. To have every sin from every person from the beginning of this world til the end upon this sinless God had to be hard. The sin on him was so evil, so vile, so putrid that God the Father could not look upon him, Matthew 27:46: "About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?'--which means, My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
With the sin of the world upon Him, Jesus suffered spiritual death (separation from the Father ). Isaiah 59:2 says that sins cause a separation from God, and that He hides His face from you so that He does not hear. The Father must turn away from His Beloved Son on the cross. Jesus had never felt so alone, ever, ever...the shame of our sins was on him and he did it voluntarily, THAT is how much he loves us. That's how much.
It has not been proven that the shroud of Turin is real or not.

There is no image made by man that depicts how Jesus looked during his mortal time on earth... Those of The True Christian Faith do not need such images... we will meet Jesus soon enough... then we will know His Full Glory....

You are referring to the Edessa Cloth or the cloth of Veronica. Yes, these relics were purported to be why the early Christian artists began to make the bearded icons and frescoes.

He was practically beaten unrecognizable! Read Isaiah 53.
It was a HORRIBLE sight....not the little scene that's portrayed of Him on the Cross, with a droplet of Blood on each of His limbs. He was brutally TORTURED!

You say you "knew also that we knew"...who told you that? It looks like your Immams are up to their old tricks again. They make up stories and lie about what Christians believe in an attempt to reinforce your commitment to Islam.

Hope this scripture helps.
Mark 15:21A certain man from Cyrene, Simon, the father of Alexander and Rufus, was passing by on his way in from the country, and they forced him to carry the cross. 22They brought Jesus to the place called Golgotha (which means The Place of the Skull). 23Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. 24And they crucified him. Dividing up his clothes, they cast lots to see what each would get.
25It was the third hour when they crucified him. 26The written notice of the charge against him read: THE KING OF THE JEWS. 27They crucified two robbers with him, one on his right and one on his left.[a] 29Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads and saying, "So! You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, 30come down from the cross and save yourself!"
31In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law mocked him among themselves. "He saved others," they said, "but he can't save himself! 32Let this Christ,[b] this King of Israel, come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe." Those crucified with him also heaped insults on him.
The Death of Jesus
33At the sixth hour darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"—which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"[c]
35When some of those standing near heard this, they said, "Listen, he's calling Elijah."
36One man ran, filled a sponge with wine vinegar, put it on a stick, and offered it to Jesus to drink. "Now leave him alone. Let's see if Elijah comes to take him down," he said.
37With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last.
38The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. 39And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, heard his cry and[d] saw how he died, he said, "Surely this man was the Son[e] of God!"

Well the bible says he was stabbed in the side and some renditions show blood while others don't. I would imagine that he was covered in sweat and lost his color.
