Kittens grow, it's what they do. If your kitten is getting fat, or growing wrong, consult your vet.

Kittens grow from babies to adults in the course of a year. It is normal for them to grow very rapidly. Every new kitten should be taken to the vet for a health check. It is quite common for them to have parasites which can cause the stomach to swell and harden.
The vet will tell you if the cat is growing normally, if it has parasites and what type of diet it should be on, as well as how much food it should eat. He/she will also--if the cat is old enough-begin to give it its vaccines which are necessary for the animal's health and in some jurisdictions are mandatory.

Its normal for kittens to grow fast. My kitten who was 8 weeks, was so small when i got him. Now he's 13 weeks and i dont even recognize him. He looks like a medium cat. Kittens do eat alot so dont worry. Its growing and is hungry. Its natural

did you expect it to stay a kitten forever? Unless you found the breed of kitten that does not turn into a cat.... How great would that be! But not gonna happen. Sorry. Growing is part of life...even a kittens.

That is simple. Stop giving your cat so much food. That happened with my cat. We got him when he was 6 weeks old. Before his first birthday he was already huge. We stopped giving him so much food and he has stayed this way since. He is now over 2 years and is normal sized for a 2 year old cat.

Nothing. Hello! Duh! Most animals have a much shorter life span than people, so it's natural for them to grow fast. It'd be cool if we could keep them little and cute forever, but that's not natural.
