When Jesus was here, physically on Earth, He was lower than God
Heb 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.
John 14:28 "You heard me say, 'I am going away and I am coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.
But before He came to Earth and since His ascention They are One and Equal
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word was God... vs 14 And the Word BECAME flesh and made His dwelling among us.
Col 2:9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,
Acts 4:11-12 (concerning Jesus) 11He is
" 'the stone you builders rejected,
which has become the capstone.[a]'[b] 12Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

John 14; 28 " the Father is greater than I"
Hebrews 5; 7 " In the days of his flesh Christ offered up supplications and also petitions to the One who was able to save him out of death, with strong outcries and tears, and he was favorabley heard for his godly fear. Although he was a Son, he learned obedience from the things he suffered."
Matthew 20; 23 " He said to them : " YOU will indeed drink my cup , but this sitting down at my right hand or my left is not mine to give , but it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by my Father."
Taking these and numerous other scriptures into consideration, it appears that even Jesus said that God the Father is the greatest authority of all.

I suppose that Jesus is the greatest. At least there is some chance that he actually existed. It's not much to choose from, though. Even for fictional characters, you could have come up with a better list.
