Wash

First of all don't touch!!! Playing with em spreads dirt and germs and makes them worse. If you have to pick wait till spots have a white head and use tissue to cover your fingers and squeeze until the white stuff comes out, then it should heal in a few days.

Wash your face with a special wash depending on your face type, which I'm guessing is oily? Don't use soap it dries out your skin and makes your face produce more oils making it more oily in the longrun. Use an antibacterial wash in the bath and a cleanser before bed, do this every day. Get ones that contain either tea tree oil or witch hazel, or alternatively you can buy them individually in pure forms from the chemists. Wash flannels regularly as well to keep them dirt free.

If your spots get particularly bad, or do this once a week to keep skin clear, use a facial scrub, then a mud mask and leave on for ten minutes.

If you're a girl (or even if you're a boy!) make sure you take every last bit of make up off before you go to bed, that is the number one rule of good skin!!

Oil free moisturisers are good but not necessary unless you have dry skin. You can also buy treatment gels to leave on overnight if you really need them. I wouldn't bother with blackhead strips cos I've never found they work, blackheads are difficult to get rid of. I'd just steam your skin (head over a bowl of hot water, with tea towel over your head) for 10-20 mins depending on how long you can stand, with a few drops of tea tree oil in.

I know it sounds like a lot of hard work but if you keep up with it for a while and your spots clear, then just using a face wash daily and a cleanser at night should keep your face free permanently! Hope this helps!

Try washing your face in warm water, then taking some cotton wool and some tea tree oil cleanse your face all over. Remember to wipe from your nose out to the sides and use a different piece of cotton wool for both sides of your face. If there is an infection on your skin it wont spread as easy. when youve done that rinse your face in cold water to close your pores up. Dont use anything else on your face unless you have got dry skin then use a simple and cheap moisturiser, Aqueuos or E45 is cheap and does the trick.Do this at least twice a day and you should notice a difference in a week or so. My son did this religously for 3 weeks and there was a vast improvement on his acne. Hope this helps xx

if the spots wouldn't go away they could become infectious, so you may need to see your doctor, I had acne years ago and tried everything, the only thing that work was medication called Rouacutin (sorry about spelling).
But this can only be presciped by a skin specialist.

Having spots can really effect your confidence, so i would defintely recommend going to your doctors

don't do the toothpaste... it just ended up making me have a red face the next morning but the tea tree oil works pretty good. go to a pharmacy or store somewhere and get the neutrogena advanced solutions package. it has lotion for nighttime and daytime (daytime has sunscreen) and also a soap that really helps. good luck!

facial where you steam face then squeeze spots out.
use skincare products with AHA which sloughs off dead skin cells and prevents build up of sebum etc which causes spots and blackheads

Use a facial steamer, mud-mask, and a pore strip on a weekl basis. On a daily basis, try to exfoliate with a soft facial sponge with your cleanser.
