It should be fine. Push in some whole cloves, top with pineapples, a mustard glaze, cook and serve.

No, you didn't ruin your ham. Just make sure as the ham cooks that you baste it with the broth in the bottom of the pan. If you do not have much liquid in the bottom of your pan just add a little water to it and as the juice from the ham drips it will make a good broth. Just spoon that juice over the ham and it will be great.
When the ham is done you can make an easy gravy with the juice in the bottom of the pan. Just dissolve a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch in cold water, then add to the juice from the ham stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil. Add a little of the cornstarch mixture at a time until you get the thickness of the gravy that you like.

you are fine, cook it slowly.
If it was me, I would brown the outside in a frying pan, then cook it slowly (325 or so) until it was done all the way through. If I was worried about it drying out too much, I'd cover it with tin foil for maybe the first half of the cooking time.
The cooking time and temperature will depend on how big it is, and if it is fully thawed out when you start.

No it won't, but you may want to keep a close eye on it, and baste it frequently, I use a bit of brown sugar mixed with water, or just use the juices the ham makes as it cooks.

It will be okay if you don't overcook it. Removing the fat is not really that big of a deal. You may want to baste it with the drippings while you're cooking it.

It'll be fine....No need for panic! Continue with your scrumptious meal....Sounds yummy!! Here's a tip my family loves....put some honey and brown sugar on it, and wrap it in foil to bake. Sometimes if I don't have honey, I use pinapple juice (from a can of fruit) - have used apricot juice before too....they are all very good....(either juice mixed with some brown sugar to make a glaze.

It'll be fine. Just be sure to not overcook it. That's how it gets dry.
