Sexy tattoos are ones that are unique and have meaning to you. Its hard to give you suggestions since I don't know you.
However, start with the tattoos you have. If there is a theme or common image, stick with that. I don't know if you have any strong beliefs to know what you can go off of. But search things you like in Google and go from there

Im big into backs. So get something on your upper back. Thats really good because you can still hide it but its noticable when needed. Stay away from anything generic like tribals and junk like that. If you have drawing skills or friends who do sit down and brainstorm together. Then get something thats totally 100% unique to you. If you helped design it then no matter what its super sexy

I don't know what tattoos you have so far, but if you get a black panther around your rib cage, that would be SEXY for two reasons, the dragon/ pheonix or dragon/tiger combos are played out, black pathers are rare (atleast to me they are) and that area is a sensitive area so when I chick sees that on her man, she's going to know that it hurt and he must have been a brave soul to take that. But that's just what I think.

It's really hot if you get a tattoo on your back or stomach. Also get the word ***** in the inside of your lip that is really sexy!!!!

Personaly I think tattoos are trashy looking.
Low life sort of thing.
Even if the guy is worth a million bucks.
To have a tattoo is just nasty.

i have a lot of guy friends with tattoos and i really like the gypsy head in pretty much any combination of backgrounds. especially chest pieces or sleeves.

If you have a physique worthy of looking at, the tattoo of your choice will look sexy.Its not about what we cloak ourselves in but how one takes care of their appearance and exudes sex appeal.

I think that the sexiest tat I've seen on a guy was on his stomach, right above his naval, in a semi-circle. The tat said his name, but you could get it to say whatever you'd like.
