I have Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 32 but it only shows up during extreme stress. Since I am currently going through a VERY stressfull situation my shoulder has all but shut down. It hurts to walk if I twist my body just right, it hurts to sleep. Besides not stressing which is impossible, any ideas on how to alleviate the pain? I'm three months pregnant so medication is very limited.

I have osteoarthritis in the severe degenerative stages, and Rheumatoid arthritis, and have had surgery eight times in three years, two more coming up. I have never heard of this but, I have never heard of everything. Good luck

P.S. I would be very careful with anything offered on here especiall since your pregnant.
