do you get heart attack like symptoms and gastric problems like left arm pain nausea gas chest pain and...I have had 4 ekgs 2 chest xrays and 2 blood test also tight throat and numb arm or hand I have had anxiety for 4-5 years and this is alittle different that is why i have been to the hospital 3 times this year 1st gas 2nd anxiety 3rg gerd.Thanks.

Yes, I have GAD nad I get exactly the symptoms you described. After all the tests you have had came back ok, you just have to reassure yourself that it is normal to feel this way when you have anxiety. The feelings are horrible, but they will gp away soon. Breathe slowly and deeply and relax as much as possible. Try to keep your mind on other things like hobbies, etc. It helps me a good bit to try not to dwell on the way I feel . I know that is easier said than done, but it is possible. Remember - you cannot die from anxiety.

I do not have gad , How ever I did have gerd and it mimics a hart
attack .The rest sounds like poor circulation and lack of exercise
start long walks it helps immensely.
Do puzzles , after you are done brush puzzle glue on them and hang them on the wall .Keep busy and God Bless
