I brew an *excellent* "Texas boch". I use basically the same recipe that they use for Shiner boch except that I use real black patent grain rather than maltofirm and I don't water down the end product.

I have been thinking about going pro but am unsure if I can actually run a viable micro-brew business. Competition in the beer market is stiff and price matters.

Stella Artois or Sleeman Honey Brown. I like beers with flavour, not like watery Budweiser.

Sam Adam's is my favorite beer. I especially like the Winter Ale and other seasonal brews.

I like wine but Hoegaarden is a german beer which i have tasted and really loved. German wheat beer is good also.

If you have cheap taste in beer then you probebly would like all those american crappy beers too!

I personally like fat tire... amber beers..
but my favorite would be the amber from BJ's microbrew, or 'red raptor' from rock bottom brewery in phoenix....
not much into ipa's or lights
also moose drool is a good one from montana..
