Are there any kalaripayattu schools on the east coast.

Unfortunately no. At least not yet. I've heard talk about the possibility in Massachusetts within the next year or two but currently there are none listed.

as far as I know, no there isn't, I'm not sure there's any schools that're established within the States right now, although I could be wrong.
