You must get up and take them back into their own rooms and beds each and every time.

No giving in.

Lock your door and tell them that they can't sleep in the same bed as you. The end. Be firm, but not mean, or they will continue sleeping in your bed as they get older.

I have 2 boys myself, and I use a baby gate to keep them in thier room at night...
