I believe that we are born, grow old and die and when we are buried or cremated that is it, all the religious garbage was dreamed up by lunatics and is now used to cow and terrify people into believing that if they do not worship non existent gods then they will be tormented in a place that does not exist. When people realise this is what really happens maybe the religious lunatics will die out but the general populace is to dense to realise this so I will not hold my breath.

I believe in things that don't seem to matter much these days like; true love, earned respect and honesty. Being a young black woman doesn't seem to make it any easier based on the fact that most of us seem to hate our blackness. Well, it seems that way! Life is what you make it is a true statement. I you live a lie then your life is a lie if you can be honest with yourself and seek out truth then the life you live will be based on seeking and hopefully accepting truth. It is hard to find sometimes but it is out there.

I believe in a higher being (GOD) and that we are all connected in this universe, including beings from other worlds. What we do is a never ending circle. Therefor believe that what goes around comes around and what we as human beings do whether good or bad always, always affects other people.

I also believe that there are many ways to realize God.
Unlike most religious people, I see the prophets and sages as signposts pointing the way rather than destinations. But a good person is a good person irregardless of faith or lack thereof and has a place in heaven based on right actions in life and not adherence to a particular dogma.

I believe in the power of the mind. We are capable of anything we believe is reality. Nothing is impossible unless we allow ourselves to believe that it is. Other then that statement I do believe in a Spiritual energy that is known by many names and not one human can fully define it or prove it. It just is. Whether we like it or not. What do you believe in? that is your reality :-)
