If it is your BF's business or company, then yes, it could work out quite nicely for you.
If you are both employees of the same company, then that becomes a little bit more complicated. It all depends if you really like your job. If, for whatever reason, you and your boyfriend breakup, then seeing each other everyday at the workplace could become uncomfortable and force you to quit a job that you really like. So, the question becomes... which do you like more... your BF or your job?

I would say no because what if you get into an arguement then the both of you will have to go to work its better if you both have room to breathe. Don't get me wrong some people are good in this situation to work together. I believe when your away from each other you will want each other more.

My parents are married and are together 24/7, working and everything. They get along fine. I've never heard my parents argue or anything. They act like teenagers in love, instead of two adults in their 40's. But it's so cute.
I say yes!

Several years ago I was seeing a guy who did construction work. I used to go visit him at his sites and little by little he taught me how to put up siding, dry wall, and eventually had me climbing ladders to the top of porch roofs with a half bundle of siding. Later I actually got paid to work with him on his jobs and we got along great!

Yes its fine. I work with my bf, and have for about a year.
As long as your not being physical (it can get you fired) or when you two are in arguments--be sure not to take it to work.
You can talk...but I would advise from "close" contact while being clocked in or in uniform.
