i wana lose weight because i am going on a first date and also i have a part after 20 days and i need to be in the best shabe i need a fast way to help me lose weight the diet is not working fast enough.

Of course, fad diets aren't healthy or wise, but sometimes they are necessary in an emergency! : )

My friends and I will eat nothing but salads, tuna, lean chicken, and broccoli when we need to lose weight FAST.

The salads should be greens, veggies, and clear dressing (Italian, Greek, etc)...no cheese, white dressings, or croutons.
We eat tuna right outa the can, but you can mix a lil lo-fat mayo & mustard in.
The chicken should be grilled.
Th broccoli should be steamed or boiled with very little butter.
Basically we do a strict No Carb crash diet.

i lost 14 pounds on the weight watcher flex plan diet. and i still am loosing it and i am able to eat what i want. The way it works is you get certain amout of points per day and each food is worth a certain amount of points. for instance a sandwich is 5 points if you use low fat cheese low fat bread and regular sandwich meat.
to find out how much each food is they give you a card or you can buy the calulater which makes it so easy to find out how much points a food is. You put in the calories the total fat the dietary fiber and then it will tell you how many points the food is.
i am able to have 24 points per day. i lost weight with this i probably would have lost more weight but bc i do not excersise that much bc of school and my children but still i lost 14 points in a couple of weeks.

Everyone else left some good suggestions for you but why is it that you want to lose the weight just for the party? If you believe you are overweight you need to make some lifestyle changes not just to lose weight for a party but to be healthier.

I lost over 20 pounds in 4 weeks on The Abs Diet. It's a common sense approach to eating and weight loss that doesn't require you to take weight loss pills (which are bad for your metabolism) and doesn't require you to fix fancy meals. It's worth checking out. You can get the book at any major book store, and it's hard to miss -- the cover is bright orange.

Diet and exercise, but in my experience there is no fast way to lose weight especially if you need to lose a lot. Losing weight takes time!

Make sure sure you are burning way more calories than what you are consuming. If you want to loose weight really fast try the Atkins Diet or similar diet where you are consuming a higher ratio of protein than carbs.
