how do you tell someone that you love them without actually saying the words, "i love you"??

Criss just say it. Why go through the motions? If you don't speak up someone else just might. You never know he may love you too, but is scared to say it. Why not be the bigger person and break the ice w/ it, he'll respect you a hellva lot more plus it will show him that your not afraid to speak your mind. Good luck!

You don't. Either you are at a point where you are truly in love and understand the ramifications of it all....... and I love you means something and come naturally or you are not truly in love. There is no real halfway point when being really in love is true.

By always being there for them. Going out of your way to do nice things for them. If it is a girl, send her flowers on her birthday or on Valentine's day.
Believe me, she will get the message pretty fast.

there are alot of songs that say what you can't say. Find a song or songs that express the way you feel. It might sound corny but not saying nothing isn't going to get it.

Tell them you like them an awful lot... That you enjoy every moment you spend together...that the more you are with them, the more you find yourself wanting to be with them...

say it in a playful way u kno or show it i a kiss a gift etc. and if the person says it first then just say it back but mean it

well.....um....my best bet would be to tell him how you feel speak from your heart you'll find the right words ( why can't you just tell him you love him )
