In a blender, blend together a good bunch fresh mint and a good bunch fresh coriander with about 6-8 cloves of garlic, a 1 inch piece of ginger (peeled), a couple of green chillies, a teaspoon of sugar, a little salt and the juice of a lime. If you have a little coconut you can add that as well, but only a bit.
Spread this generously on nice malty brown bread or (even better crusty white rolls), top with turkey, tomato, cucumber, sliced red onion and (if you've got some) a slice or two of boiled beetroot.
Bloomin' marvellous!
(If you ain't got turkey, try it with cheese instead)

The best sandwich ever is as follows: Leftover turkey and stuffing, heated slightly to get the cold out of it. Two pieces of potato bread, toasted. Add mayo, turkey, spread stuffing, then add a slice or 2 of cranberry sauce! Bon Appetit!!

Thick slices of sourdough or country white bread, real mayo on one side, horseradish-cranberry spread on the other, turkey, crumbled up sour cream and onion potato chips, and either colby or swiss cheese. Spread butter on outside of sandwich and grill lightly, both sides.

Ham and provolone on wheat with grainy mustard. There's not turkey left! But the combo works well with turkey too.
