i eat healthy and not too much and exercise constantly and it wont leave!!! i dont get it!!!!

You can't lose fat or weight in specific areas. There is no such thing as targeted weight loss. That is all advertising gimickry. You lose weight all over the place. The problem is that some places, like the tummy, tend to hold onto the fat longer than other parts. So the only way is to build up more muscle mass and continue trying to burn that fat. You might have to get more aggressive with your workouts. Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. That won't work either. Your body will simply go into starvation mode and store anything it can as fat. Eat heathfully, exerise alot. That's really the best way :)

This girl in my old office dieted and worked out and took all the "miracle pills" and whatnot until there was nothing left of her but the stubborn belly fat and a really big weave. The office buzz was that she finally went and got the discount liposuction. Last time I was over that way, she mostly looked the same, but without the potbelly and lovehandles. She still has the big weave...

The best way loose fat, tummy or elsewhere is to build muscle. Loosing fat is comparetively easier for men than women as it is difficult for women to build fat as they lack testastrones. Check out this url, this helped me may be it can help you too.

Build muscle.

Muscles primary/preferred food is fat. By building more muscle, you burn more fat, even when you not exercising.

try push-ups, situps. and crunches.
i found that they helped me.
