They have asked me to remit some money to ING bank,to open an account.Shall i do? shall i beleive?

yes and make sure to include your name, bank account number, mailing address, email address, home phone number, mother's maiden name, social security number, a DNA sample, fingerprints, your PIN, and a copy of your birth certificate.

you want to know the easy way to determine if anything contained in an email is a scam? Cause its an email. Legitimate businesses do not EVER conduct business by cold contacting customers via email. Every email you're ever gotten that you did not sign up for was a scam. Every single one.
