It depends on what your stomach looks like now. If it's almost flat, then getting it flat in 2 weeks is definately possible. Cardio, and lots of it. Try it 3 to 5 times a week for about an hour. Also, do crunches and pilates. Pilates work very well and helps strengthen and tone your core. Good luck.

Probably want be possible. But be sure to use all three aspects of exercise to help you. Proper eating, resistance training, and cardio. Also don't try to overdo it. That will only make you want to quit. If your going to workout everyday keep it to one hour and three days a week keep it to no more than 90 min. GOOD LUCK!!

Depends on how close to flat it is right now. But try pilates. They're awesome for toning quickly, though sometimes it can be tough going.
