The best way to catch your girlfriend cheating on you is by accusing her of it repeatedly. Then start following her around all the time. Start a lot of arguments where you say you "know" she's cheating on you. Within a few months of this, she'll either break up with you or go ahead and cheat on you since you keep insisting she does it.

Listen guy if you think you woman is cheating and you can't trust her just leave already.Don't go through all that punk stuff. Just leave. That way you can just be on your way without any drama. You ever see Cheaters! and think to yourself those people are so lame. Well you keep on this track you will be in the same boat with them.

One way I caught my boyfriend cheating on me was, I went to his place of work and followed him. One time he was at a night club and I waited for him to come out. then when he did there was a girl with him. After that I told him I knew that he had another girlfriend. He amitted it. You can always tell them you know something hoping to trick them in telling you the truth.

if you don't trust her, why are you with her in the first place? Drop her...and find someone better suited for you.
too many people spend way too much time in un productive relationships. Granted, it's a learning process.. but trusting your significant other is WAY too big an issue to just sit around and not do anything about. Learn from this, move on to someone better. Plus, if she is sleeping around.. do you really wanna deal with STD's???

that depend on the type of evidence that you currently have now and if you are living together, if she has things like myspace or yahoo make a fake profile with someone that you know that she would be into, and then she is she takes the bait anyone that doenst say that they are in a relationship right away is up to no good

Ask her. The thing to remember is that you are revealing your insecurities if you do this. In her mind, you don't trust her. You better have good reasons to do so. The larger problem is communication. What she says and her actions communicate what she is thinking and feeling. If you cannot be attuned to this, you will miss what she her intentions might be. Guage her physical reactions and what she says. They reveal more than what she is saying and unconsciously reveal what she is thinking. Cheers!

I can tell you what my bf does to me. If I go out with girlfriends or groups of friends from school I know positivley he checks my panties. I have found them differently than I left them in the clothes hamper. I have had sex with another person before I discovered he looked at them and he questioned me alot about it. I finally convenienced him I didnt.

Dude, if you don't trust her or have suspicions, don't waste your time. BUT, I have also done this trying to catch partner cheating scheme & with my ex boyfriend, I told one of my very pretty friends whom he happened to not have known to add him on MySpace. And, flirt w/ him & all that good stuff and he fell for it. So, it worked. He's GONE. Try it?
