there are a couple of ways you can go about it..
1...Talk about yourself..your day at work, your day at school, and how you felt about it, and then reverse it...how did your day go?, what did you do today?...we like hearing you talk about yourself as long as you are not expressing any conceitedness,
2. Find something that you both have in common;
sports, movies, music, hobbies...etc...thats another way to create a conversation
In any manner of communication avoid one word answers...like when someone asks ...how did your day go?...don't say "fine" or if you say "fine" follow it up with highlights of your day...or if asked ...what did you do today? don't say "nothing" again define some key events that took place throughout the day...and avoid asking questions that can be answered yes or no

Ha, ha, ha...you just posted two intensely run-on sentences and you say you don't talk a lot??? What does this guy want, a tape-recorded message of Kool Moe Dee on a loop, 24-7??? You're fine for him, just the way you are...if you talk like you write, I'd walk around with a roll of duct tape in my jacket pocket to keep you from driving me mad!!

Don't be scared to talk to him, he wants to hear your voice. Chose a topic and start talking. make things up from things that are around you eg a tree or a crazy person crossing the road. be a little goofy we all know women are when they are in good company. Just be you and it will come naturally.

do not, i repeat do not try to change who you are for some guy. guys come and go if yo uchange for one of them you will eventally forget who you are. also by changing for someone else you are encoraging them to become controlling and pocessive. maybe they will and maybe they won't but you do not want to start a trend in your life like that. it's bad news. he either likes you the way you are or he doesn't really like you and you should move on to someone who will accept you the way you are. i'm telling you this is bad news.

if he likes talkative girls and you're not talkative, how on earth did you hook up? how can you date someone you're scared to talk to?
i mean, there's nothing wrong with being shy. if that's how you are then so be it. you shouldn't have to alter your personality just to please him. if he doesn't accept that you're shy and need time to open up then you shouldn't be together.

just start talking if he can't accept you for the person you are then it isn't me to be and if you don't talk it's not going to last long he'll eventually break up with you.

try to speak more often like when ur in ur room try to talk to something or to ur self just to get use to bein talktive thats how i did and it worked
