I like sticks -- because the broken ones don't dangle and hang on the others and drag dip or other condiments across my plate and shirt!

Heart shaped for both soft and hard pretzels. Stick shaped for hard pretzels only.
There's a really cool recipe for pretzel rolls on epicurious.com. I absolutely love them.

I really think most people like either kind, but I guess if I had to choose, I'd go for the sticks. Make sure to have some dips available, too, like hot mustard, honey mustard, cheese sauce, and chocolate (white and milk chocolate).

I personally like heart shaped pretzles, but if you are dipping the stick kind may be better..
right now they have cute holiday shapes out

I think the heart shaped taste better. I do not know why, I know they should taste the same.
