You local gun shop should be able to get you one,if not try kel-tec website. I personally recommend trashing the tec-9. I have owned two tec-9's and they are junk.They look intimidating but they are more usefull as a paper weight.If you are into tactical weapons that actually have a purpose check out the AR-15,it's a very dependable rifle and a blast to shoot and the accuracy and range is excellent.

Have you tried the manufacturer (assuming they're still in business)? Also try Gun Parts Corporation or Jack First Gun Parts. If push comes to shove find a very good machinist to make you one. I had to go that route to have a set of hammers made for an old double barrel shotgun.
