Thanks to many of you answerers for telling me I have acid reflux.

Basically I would like to know a home made remedy (as all the shops are closed now)

What can I use from around the house to cure the acid reflux?

You can totally eliminate this problem if you practice a Water Cure routine. Your problem is your body is producing too much acid so to eliminate that you need to first thing when you get up in the morning drink 2 glasses of water with 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt do this 4 times a day and this will alkalize your body. You simply have not been drinking enough water to balance the chemistry in your body. You can look the information of the Water Cure online.

If your a smoker quit. Youve damaged the valve that keeps acid in your stomach i use to have the same problem. Yogert helped for a little while but i had to stop eating spicy foods (which i love). Ive been smoke free now for 6 years and it seems to be repairing itself. still need to avoid spicy food though.

Might want to try an antacid. Also avoid foods that cause your symptoms such as coffee, spicy foods and fatty foods. Also avoid lying down after a meal. If you can go for a walk for at least 30 min.

The most effective natural solution is a combination of zinc, L-carnosine and d-limonene.. Take them with cranberry juice.
