Seemingly you are confused and are not able to find a way out. In the first place you should decide what type of guy you are looking for.
What I infer is that you are your father's daughter (very much loved by your father. Usually daughters loved by her father look for mature/older guys, like you) and as such has a flare for older people/mature people. But instead of looking for an older guy look for a matured guy of your age. I am sure you would be able to define your domain and succeed in finding a suitable mature boy.
In the mean time, have pity on the professor. Leave him alone.
As far is virginity is concerned, you can lose it anytime whenever you wish to.
Anyhow choice is yours

Stay away from the professor. You will get him in trouble and ruin your academic career. How do you know you are sick of being a virgin? You have no frame of reference and sex does not make one happy. It is a product of happiness if you are in love and with someone that loves you. Straighten up the "crap" in your life, be happy and then the right person will come along for you. Doesn't sound like you are all that fun to be with right now.

Depends on your age. I was a virgin up until 2 months before my 18th birthday. I was simply waiting for the one. Well, I found him and am now married to him. If that is your goal to wait for someone special then just hang in there. But if your goal is to sleep around with different guys to "spice up" your so called boring life, then just become like all the other college hoes. Sleep with your teacher and then some class mates. Just do what makes you feel good about yourself. Good luck!

really don't mess with your professor but um i think you should first look into what you are saying okay if you are sick of being single find someone you like have courage to ask them and you might have fun but as for the virgin part don't be to eager to drop your pants because if guys see that they would easily take advantage of you so take your time and act like you don't need anyone and sooner or later the guys would come pouring in so good luck hopefully you find a man and become happy but just to let you know you don't need a guy and sex to make you happy you have to find something inside yourself to do that

It depends on how old he is and how he acts towards you. If he's more than 20 years older then I would say look around for someone else. Things will happen when the time is right. I'm also single and a virgin but I'm not about to go and jump in bed with the first hottie who comes along. Chances are if you do that, you'll regret it.

Studying is the only way to make it in life. If you ever want to be somebody then keep studying. Think about the career you could make for yourself. When everyone else is out there worrying about their finances, you'll have the huge mansion on the hill and talk about where you'll take your summer vacation.

How about sick of being tied down, sick of changing diapers, sick of bawling kids, sick of unemployment, sick of unpaid bills. Keep your britches on, get a good education and have a great life. Leave the professor alone, you're only attracted because you're bored and he's there.

I would NOT pursue the professor, although, it sounds like you're mature, and ready to date someone that's not your age. Try dating an older man...who's not your teacher, and not married. They are out there, they usually know how to treat a woman, and will respect you more.

You complain about being a virgin but it must not be that important to you to lose it if you follow that by saying "i dont like boys my age"
Think about what is really important to you. If you just want to lose your virginity, dress real nice, go to a party, and get some guy to do you, it wouldn't be hard.
But if whats important to you is sleeping with a high quality person, then you'll have to wait longer. If you want to get your professor, just go to his office hours in slutty garb and come on to him, how could he resist?
