Probably...
Rudolph Steiner deducted that people who are "Different" have different body structures than your "normal average human being." (Whatever that means?) To an extent that even the heart and lungs and internal organs are found on the opposite side of the body...
Some say that their brain stems are both thicker and shorter.
But that being said... Realize also, that a baby is conceived as a result of an interaction that combines alkalinity and acidity... The only thing that determines physical and mental femininity and or masculinity are these chemicals and the hormones carried by both male and female partners. Progesterone and testerone...They are not always in perfect balance or alignment.
That being said... Everything is always a choice. Everything we think, feel and do involves a conscience choice. Predisposed or not.
What you are, is what you are, as a result of these chemicals and hormones... What you become as a result... is always a choice! That's what it means to be human as opposed to animals!
I for one... can't see why any homosexual person ever WOULD want it to come down to it being a genetic predisposition... If you are gay, be proud you're gay and make it a choice and a decision! Not some unfortunate excuse or a disease like alcoholism! That's lame!

You've got to be kidding me. I very much doubt that your homosexual friends think that they are gay becuase they are from a "broken home" and lacked a father figure. That is one of the biggest most disturbing stereotypes of homosexuals. What is wrong with being close to your mother, and since when does that mean your going to be gay? What your saying makes no sense. Your first saying that it is becuse they are from a "broken home" and that they had no male influence and they where close to there parents, and then your saying that it is somthing that happened at birth.
Being homosexual is not a horrible thing. People treat them like they murdered someone or somthing. It is somthing you are born with just like you are born straight. There is no right or wrong way to live your life and sorry to break it to all those who think it is there business, it is not anyones place to tell someone how they live there life, espically when they are not harming anyone. Since when is being happy a bad thing.
Early infulences? Sorry hun but did someone tell you that you have to be straight? That you have to love the opisite sex? People have there own brains, and minds. It is up to them weather or not they are going to believe somthing. No one forces a person to believe anything. You can not make a person gay and you deff can not turn a person straight. A homosexual believes what they believe in there heart, is who they are as a person. Thats not a place for anyone to judge or try to change.
Since when is a person such a horrible being.
Please do not use the word "gayness" you should be ashamed of even saying that. It makes you look very uneducated and just flat out imature.
For the record. I came from a quote un quote broken home. I was raised by an amazing single mother who yes I am very close with, she is my best friend. I did not really have a male influence in my life and I am straight.

I have heard a lot of research that points to how the brain is wired as why some people are homosexual.
I have also heard about people being homosexual because they were born a different gender or were born with both parts and the parents decided at birth what gender they wanted the child to be and had the other parts removed and the child grew up thinking they were whatever gender their parents picked only to find out that they had more tendencies (and physical characteristics) towards the opposite gender which caused them to be homosexual, which I guess also supports the brain wiring theory.

Some people may say " that they are born gay" I don't believe that you can be born gay, because a baby when they are born they don't know much they can't even talk, that is nothing but a gay spirit in them all they need to do isto be born again, and they need to let Jesus in their hearts

My question is...Why does it matter?
Who cares what "causes" someone to be gay. It doesn't matter. If it's behavioral, then people will blame it on parents...if it's genetic, you'll have pregnant moms wanting their unborn babies tested for the "gay gene"
Regardless of what "causes" people to be gay, others will always find a way to try to "cure" it.
The answer is...it really doesn't matter in the slightest.
What caused someone to be straight?

People are born gay and often do not realize it until they are older. I know MANY people that come from divorced homes with little male influence and none of them are gay so upbringing has nothing to do with it.
