Quite simply: we have days when nothing goes right so that we will appreciate the days when everything is perfect. :o)

Get out into the international and smell the plants! workout recurring surely facilitates because it releases endorphins. easily everyone has those down days, despite the indisputable fact that it really is ultimately your selection to no matter in the journey that your day is going properly or no longer. until eventually for sure you've some style of debilitating psychological sickness, yet even then, do not use that as an excuse!

I thought about that yesterday when I got a high speed blow out on my bike. When this happened, my pain in my ankle started to get worse. Then lorries started spashing me with water as they drove past.
I think what happens is when one big bad thing happens, you tend to start to notice all the other small insignificant irritations.
Whereas if you get off on a good start with a day, you do not notice all the small insignificant irritations.
In time, you find that even when big bad things happen, you tend to be able to take it with good humour.

Hello,
Some days we are "in balance" with ourselves and quite centred and so everthing seems to work smoothly, or if things appear to go wrong we handle them far more effectively, we dont get upset. However, on other days we are OFF balance, out of kilter and un-focused. The slightest thing gets under our skin and we get angry or upset.
**I say some days the world is spinning with me and other days the world is spinning against me (because thats how it feels).

You are not getting enough sleep at night in order for your mind to function correctly during the day .. or you are not eating breakfast .. if you do these 2 simple things .. don't let anyone agrevate you .. and tell yourself selfconciously "I'm going to have a good day today," then you will have a great day :) It works!

so that you will appreciate the days that are great - take a deep breath and think of all the wonderful things you have to enjoy yet in your lifetime. Have a great day tomorrow.

On the days when you feel you are not in alignment. Those are the times your own thoughts are not in apositive mode-process of having a fantastic day!
Understand we are the creators of our own destiny and our destiny starts with our THOUGHTS!. When we truly live in the present and listen to the inner-callings of our higher-self our path gets easier.
Next time you don't feel in alignment, stop and check your self, ask: "Am in in positive mind-set and attitude?" ( if not shift to positive mode), "Am I grateful for all that I have? seen and unseen?" (If not make a grateful list); "Am I slowed down enough to listen to my higher-self, my inner-calling?" (If not take a few minutes to meditate or reflect with the inner you, appreciate the REAL you and all that you are!)
