Hello. I just bought TaeBo because I am at the end of my rope and I don't have $800+ for a BowFlex. Has anyone had REAL results on TaeBo or is this weird bald man really cleaning up?

Yes it works, but u have to do it regularly. It has worked for me....starting to see some muscle tone and firmness...yay!!

YES it does work.
It is a very good form of exercise to burn fat and tone the entire body. However, you have to stay motivated and be committed to losing the weight...
try it for a month. At least three days a week until you build up the endurance to do it more often. you will soon see and feel a difference in your body.
I have also found a good alternative is Turbo Jam. This is almost as good as the Taebo but it incorporates more dance and fun into it!
but the results are just as amazing.

So just watch your diet, keep your calories in check and try to enjoy your workout...
This is the first step...ur on your way whether you do taebo, turbo, or whatever form of aerobic exercise you fancy.

I've done TaeBo in the past and I liked it - IF you're willing to make the committment, it should work for you. The one area of concern I remember having was safety - I didn't feel he addressed form and safety enough, but then again, that was quite a few years ago and I'm sure it's improved since then. It's a fun workout.

If you like the kickboxing but also would like a bit of dance thrown in, try Turbo Jam - it's a BLAST!!

Yes it does. I tried exercise bikes, the whole nine yards and even though the other exercise machines look good, the prices are outrageous so I decided to buy TaeBo and it works. Not only does it help with weight control, it also works as a protection agent to help women better protect themselves from criminals. And it builds muscle which we all like to have instead of flabby arms and legs. LOL. Good luck to you . You will enjoy TAeBo.

You have to actually get up and do the exercises you can't sit on the couch and just watch the video. Any exercise program will work if you have the determination and will power to stick to it. I have just lost 23 pounds in about 3 months using only diet and exercise.

NO oh god no. i was doing it for two weeks and nothing. it was hard to stay motivated maybe thats just me. but u dont like it. youll notice in the begining he starts sweating and i wasnt . i think its fake
