i just got the flu and i dont do prscribed drugs can any1 help out?

my sythoms match the flu that's how i know i have it.

G'day. I'm a natural medicine girl myself :)
I don't know that there's any "cure" for the flu. Do you actually have the flu, or do you just use that word to describe a horrible cold?
Anyway, your best shot would be to go see a naturopath who can give you things to help ease the symptoms, and other things to help boost your immune system, which is obviously compromised at the moment.
