EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!! It will also relieve your depression and allow you to stop taking the anti-depressants. But start the exercising first for a life-changing experience. Peace and good luck.

Losing weight is an act an action..... I have just seen a friend who wasn't bad heavey but was over weight for her body... she has been walking and BOY the change.... she still and never changed from eating what SHE wants..... and she is losing the inches like crazy... you can be on meds that can cause you to gain weight, BUT if you go for walks, do some simple stretches, jump rope or even just keep active, you can lose and mantain the weight. I started a week ago do yoga stretches in the evening and doing jump rope in the mornings, and now since this past weekend, I have started walking on Saturdays and Sundays, and I feel great!!! I haven't lost anything yet, that I notice, but I feel good, I don't have knee pains anymore, I breath easier, and I have energy... and that to me is a HUGE plus. My hair looks healthier today then it has in awhile... you can lose weight, you just have to want it and push yourself for it. That is what I am doing now. BLessed be ..............
