You would not make it. 50 calories is not enough for your body to sustain its normal functions. Your body will also go into survial mode which means it will store the calories that you take in and start to slow down you normal bodily functions like your metabolism. Once you add more calories you will be doubling your intake because of the already stored calories. So you put on weight pretty quickly once you resume a normal healthy diet.

Probably only water weight. A person's body weight can change within 5 lbs in one day, due to water weight, digesting food, etc.
If you want a quick weight loss (Check out Louise Ann Gittleman), there are detox diets you can go on that will help you lose excess weight, if you have any.
Eating only 50 calories a day can put your body into conservation mode where, when you start eating normally again, it'll hold onto the calories and store them, preparing for "starvation" again.

An intake of 3500 calories will give you a pound of fat weight gain. This assumes you expend none, but your body will expend calories just performing it's basic living functions. So if for the next 4 days, you act like you are in a coma, and do nothing but sleep, you might lose 1 pound.

Probably nothing. You body will start shutting down because you are starving it. You can't lose weight that way. You just have to eat the right things (no sodas or junk/fast food) and eat smaller portions. 50 calories? Rubbish. You'll only get sick.
