the reason some boys become gay as adults is because the father wasnt around for that male bonding boys need in order to become men but since the father is never there the mother becomes the role model so now the wants to become like his mother and starts picking up some of her feminen trait

They are actually finding a genetic link to being gay. Part of a study was that in families of all boys the youngest one could be gay because he did not have enough of a certain hormone from his mother body while in utero.

That's the fruedean theory of homosexuality. It emplys that people learn to be gay to cope with a traumatic childhood. However, its been proven untrue by examples of straight men raised only by their mothers and gay men raised by their fathers straight men raised by gay men etc. There is no co-relation between lack of parental involvement and homosexuality.

I think there is a little truth in that,but I also think that we as a society enable children to be influenced by what society deems exceptable...therefore...the children...be it boy or girl...allows unnatural feelings of attraction to become a normal part of growth and discovery...I think society breeds gayness...we laugh at it...we accept it...and our children live it...I'm a mom of a 12 yr old boy...My kid isn't gay...but he accepts gayness...it is everywhere as he says..."get used to it...cause ppl are gettin' more gay...not less"

That is partially true. But you can not say that all males without father figures will be gay.

If that were true, my husband and both my brothers would be gay as hell. And my oldest brother cooks, cleans, and parents better than me! But, that is not true. Sorry.

it is just the mind that made them gays but not the fact that they are without father.
