I am making a venison roast which calls for onion soup mix, but i prefer to use fresh ingredients vs dried. Does anyone know how to substitute and make it taste the same?

They just say onion soup mix because it is easier than chopping up fresh onions and adding seasonings. All onion soup mix is is dehydrated onions, beef boulion, and seasonings like salt.
