i used to skin the potatoes... i dont anymore just wash em good... then cut em in quarters

I made one in a crock pot 2 weeks ago. It was my first time cooking a really heavy meat. Good for you.

Because religion is simply an excuse to persecute people who think differently, to not claim responsibility for your actions, to be incredibly closed minded, and to hinder the advancement of society. Religion is a way to make money. It always has been, ever since the apostles started up the christian cult. Of course I'm specifying christianity, but only because its christians who have a problem with everyone else, not the other way around. Also, I liked science class in school, and your god says thats not real. As soon as you can show me a physical piece of your god (not his work), I will convert and repent for my sins. In the meantime however, it is better to enjoy the benefits of the almost certain probability there is no god (ie. sin, lust, want) than it is to waste ones life in the hopes for a greater reward, and find there is no god at all. Mary was pretty sexy though. :-)

I did. I cooked mine for 6 hrs at 225. It had carrots, potatoes onions (which I put in during the last hr of cooking time) and a special blend of herbs and spices that I made. 12 people ate and not one complaint.
