I don't really understand - will hair color removal only remove the dye, or will it remove the hair's natural color also?
and does hair color removal work on dyed dark blonde hair? if not what should i do??

another way is shampooing your hair frequently, it will wash the dye away more quickly
another way is wait for your natural hair colour to grow back

Hair color remover removes mostly dye, but also some of your hair's natural color. Additionally, dying your hair lifts some of its natural color (even if you are dying it a dark color), so the underlying hair color is not the same as it was before dying it.
When in doubt, do a strand test!

I had this problem a few years ago. You cannot change the color in Dyed Black hair. I had to let mine grow out and the Beautician kept cutting it back until all the Black was gone. I will never put Black dye in my hair again. After the new hair grew in, my girl stripped my hair and put in a lighter color. If you're patient, it'll be out in a few months and then you can get your desired color. Trying to dye it now will cause considerable hair damage.

i ran into this problem with a friend of mine and you can buy a remover kit at the store pretty cheap maybe 10 bucks it will only take the dye out of your hair unfortunally your hair will need to take a rest before coloring it again and if your a natiral blonde make sure you ALWAYS use a red before making your hair darker if not you will have green hair and i know ya dont want that..hehe good luck i wish you the best but dont panic its gonna be ok if all else fails they sell do-rags in all colors i used them while my hair was crazy colors .....hehe good luck :)

Do you mean hair bleach?
Hair bleach will remove all the color from your hair.
Natural and dyed.
but it depends how long you leave it in.
If you wnt to completely strip your hair of color, get it don by a professional, or else yur hair will turn green.
Its happened to me.

Go to a professional and save a lot of time and money trying to do it yourself and getting it more messed up.
