You do not need to lose any weight you are are already below the normal weight range for your height. I know it is not easy, I have struggled with Anorexia for 12 very long years. I know what you are feeling and I know how hard it is. I do not have to tell you once you start losing weight again you fall right back into the grips of the illness. I am under weight but yet I still obsess over weight working out and food but I try because I do not want to die. Anorexia ruins life, it is hard to be happy and relaxed when all you do is stress over your weight. I do want to any more but that does not make it go away. No matter what any one tells you it is not going to put your mind at ease. I get the comments all the time that I am too skinny, that I look sick but it does not lessen the stress. So please believe it when I tell you that you do NOT need to lose weight, because your already underweight.

If you have had prev episodes of Anorexia, you should not focus on losing more weight. Your main focus should be to gain muscle mass. Not judging you or anything but you are prob an exercise junky. You can fulfill your exercise craving by working out your large muscles. This may include biceps, triceps, hamstrings, glutes, caves, abs and others. This work out will also increase your metabolism. Also focus on eating nutrient dense foods to make sure you are getting the proper nutrition.

Its not the weight, its the distribution and tone. Guys like girls that look fit, even if you're +-10 lbs from what "the experts" say is normal. Don't go by the scale, go by your mile split time, or your vertical leap, or max press, or max reps, or your max VO2, or your BMI, or target zone on your HRM. There are better indicators of health than just weight.

i'm taking a guess that you look good just the way you are. i'm 5,2 and weight around your weight, and i'm not chubby. what you could do is some exercises to maintain your shape, and eat lots of healthy foods.

You are already skinny, you just don't see it.
The only way you will ever realise that you're thin enough is by getting help for your problem. Good luck : )
