Change "fillet" to "filet" for the beef and veal. "Fillet" is used primarily for fish.

2. Veal filet in A crispy batter
3. What kind of noodles, be specific
4. Recommended? Or does the dish come with the toast?

Just some thoughts.

It all sounds delicious and I've never had any of these dishes but they sound ok. The first one might be better worded as "under a blanket of whipped cream" Yum!

Dear dreamah: that's the British way of spelling, with the 'e'. Canadians spell that way too.

Anyway, when's dinner? It all sounds tasty.
