MP4 Splicing/editing?

Question

Does anyone know of any software that would allow me to join several MP4 videos together into one continuous video? Ideally a free download! Doesn't need any fancy features, just able to splice MP4's together.

if you have windows try using Windows Movie Maker, you could place them together, cut them, whathaveyou ^_^
