They do dont they, isnt that when your wages at work go up every year- not for a wage rise, but to increase for the price of living?
Council tax is a joke anyway, come and live with me and Alice and we'll split it all 3 ways...... and thats not just the council tax ;-)

the authorities have informed councils there is not any extra time-honored money accessible to provide welfare and housing for the ever increasing quantity of immigrants that arrive on councils doorsteps yet they could borrow money from the money markets and that money must be paid decrease back one way or the different for this reason the upward thrust on your council taxes. And lower than the human rights act councils are legally obliged to provide housing and welfare for immigrants

When the tax is raised, the government is raising the wage - theirs.
Its just as crazy to raise their tax as it is to raise your wage. Any good system has to "be able to eat their own dog food", if you want them to do it for you, you have to be willing to do it for them.
The primary economic argument against big government is how inefficient it is with the funds. Much of it could be replaced with trained monkies.
Money has no intrinsic worth, its 1/20th of a cent. The worth exists because people ascribe it worth. The key to a sustainable model is NOT applying laws and legal rules to the worth of the paper.
The key is first, giving a clear and deep understanding of both worth and sustainability to all the people, and second giving them their own resources with which they can implement sustainable practices.
